The screw feeder
SPRINGER’s patented screw system separates, aligns, and accelerates onto a belt or v-chain conveyor. In addition, the feeder stands apart for its modular design, so that single modules can be integrated into existing systems.
- Capacity: 50 pieces/min and more (depending on the length of the log) when fed from both sides
- Diameter: 100-800 mm
Screw unscramblers
The unscrambler separates and aligns the logs. It also includes a live fence on the O-line.

Screw cross conveyor systems
This unit conveys logs with an angle of up to 15 degrees, without the use of conveyor chains.
