Documents

Your application materials must include: Cover letter, CV, relevant credentials (school transcripts from a “Mittelschule” or other school, tran-scripts from 3rd year of Mittelschule, school report from the current year)

Confirmation

After submitting your application through the online form, an automatically generated message will appear confirming that we have received your materials.

Talent check

This is followed by a group assessment test with leading industrial companies from the region.

Interview

We will then set up an in-person interview with you and your parent/guardian.

Acceptance or rejection

If we’re convinced by your performance in the Talent Check assessment and interview, you’ll receive written notice of your acceptance as a SPRINGER apprentice!
