E-Loader

Our E-Loader is specially designed for separating sawn lumber. By using an accumulating cross conveyor, the board material is accumulated at the retainer of the E-Loader and lifted directly into the transfer section of the subsequent measuring conveyor using the allocation levers. The design of our E-Loader is clear and freely accessible. The E-Loader is able to cover a wide range of dimensions and achieves very high performance. Even mixed dimensions are processed quickly and reliably. The special machine design allows easy and perfect adjustment for all wood thicknesses. The lumber is placed directly in the transfer section, making downtimes due to misalignment almost a thing of the past. The controllable lower board support eliminates the need for the jammed board to be pushed back, which further increases availability, especially for thin board thicknesses.

Our E-Loader is also designed to be very maintenance-friendly; among other things, the accessible maintenance flaps offer a step-over option. Our standard version of the E-Loader processes lumber with a board width of 65-320 mm, a board thickness of 12-120 mm, and a board length of 1,800-6,500 mm. Dimensional requirements outside this range are possible on request with individual special solutions. The machine performance is impressive with up to 260 cycle cycles per minute, achieving very high productivity.
